To start each morning, many feel the need to drink Tea or even Coffee. Means for many people, Coffee/Tea is essential to get energy to start the day. But, this habit can prove harmful when you get addicted to it.

When you drink it for many years, it affects the digestive system which can cause, heartburn and many more side effects. In addition, when a large amount is consumed it can increase blood pressure and increase irritability and even anxiety.

I know with my own experience, because from my Childhood to Until August 7, Tuesday 2018,  I drank my morning tea after brushing my teeth first thing in the morning without skipping a single day, because I was badly addicted to it.

2. You’ll have headache if you don’t drink it and feel very disappointed 
3. Caffeine is the basic ingredient of black tea; so, if you consume it on a daily basis, it can result in diarrhea. The reason behind this is that caffeine stimulates your digestive system. Therefore, if you drink this tea in excess, it can have a negative effect on your health. 
4. black tea contains caffeine:  So once these elements reach your stomach, it causes your stomach to produce various acidic substances, which are not easy for your body to absorb.
5. Regular consumption of black tea is well known to discolor your teeth over the time-If you want to Whiten your Teeth!
6. If you truly drink tea in excess, stomach cramps, excessive gas, nausea and other gastrointestinal upsets are among the most common side effects you might experience. I faced nausea for many many years and I used to eat Ayurveda medicine. After Quitting my morning tea only and by making some more food choices, my nausea is gone forever.
7. Iron absorption is one of very few areas in which limited tea consumption can cause real problems

How to stop Drinking Morning tea?

Some people says tea is good for health and it has many health benefits, but according to Ayurveda, tea is not good for our health, because it is also addiction.

So if you can’t stop your morning tea addiction, then there are ways to replace it with another healthy drink; such as herbal tea or Green Detox Juice.

By the time of writing this article(Date December 18, 2020) it is little over than three years, I stopped my morning tea forever and now the first thing, I drink for last 3 years is-Green Juice; Such as-Coriander Juice, Spinach Juice, Winter melon Juice or any other Green Juice.

You can also eat more fruits(fruit salad) and vegetables. You can eat Missi roti by adding more vegetables in the dough instead of eating plain chapati. So these all good food habits help to quit morning tea and even you can decrease your overall Caffeine consumption.

In the morning you can do some yoga poses, go for walk, do chanting and also can do Vipassana Mediation.
