Palak or Spinach has so many health benefits. So we must eat it to get its numerous benefits. There are many ways to consume it and add in your daily diet. You can buy it canned or fresh, and then eat it cooked or Raw. It is delicious either on its own or in other dishes; such as Saag, spinach juice, spinach sabji, spinach missi roti and spiach salad.

In my opinion, never buy canned, but always buy fresh.

My own way to Add Spinach in Daily Diet

  1. We can add it in dough to Make Missi Roti
  2. We can make spinach salad
  3. We can make Spinach Juice
  4. We can make Spinach Bhurji
  5. We Can Make Spinach Soup
  6. We Can make Spinach Pakoras
  7. We Can make Spinach Parathas
  8. We Can make Spinach Rice
  9. We Can Add little bit spinach in every dish as we add fresh Coriander.

Palak Paneer Recipe

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking time: 20 minutes
  • Serves: 5 persons

Ingredients We Need Are:

  • 2 bunches of Spinach, cleaned and washed in running water
  • 1 inches ginger
  • 5-6 garlic pods For Palak Paneer 2 tbsp.
  • Cooking Oil(Olive Oil)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 medium Tomatoes
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 bunches of Spinach
  • 200 gm Paneer. Wash and cut into cubes
  • Salt as per taste( I used here Pink Salt)

Start Making Palak Paneer

  1. Roast Jeera(cumin seeds) and add puree of tomato, onion, ginger, garlic and green Chili
  2. Now add Puree made from two spinach bunches and stir
  3. Add Paneer cut in Cubes
  4. Stir and cover with lid
  5. Stir after every two minutes and it will be ready in 10-15 minutes
  6. Serve hot with Roti, Chapati and Rice.

Since I’m drinking Spinach Juice from last February 17, 2018 ) my eyesight is improved a lot. Not only this, I lose 27 Pounds with this Juice and by making more improvements in my daily diet. I also eat Fruit Salad everyday.
