Preparation of Alsi Pinnis?

  1. Roast Flaxseeds and let them cool in room temperature
  2. Wash Raisins and let them dry in room temperature for 1/2 an hour
  3. Roast for 1-2 minutes Charmaz, Pumpkin Seeds and Poppy Seeds and let them cool in room Temperature
  4. Now Grind Roasted Chana and sieve

  1. In a Kadai, put 2 spoons of Deshi Ghee and fry Raisins for a minutes
  2. In the same Kadai Make chasni by adding some whater and Gur(jaggery)
  3. When chasni is ready, add it into the mixture of Roasted Chana flour(that we made by grinding and sieving)Poppy Seeds roasted and grounded, Charmaz and Pumpkin seeds roasted and grounded
  4. Mix everything nicely, when the mixture is little cool, then start Making Pinnis of your choice

4. Bajra Alsi Methi Missi Roti Recipe

Missi Roti is a spiced flatbread prepared with Bajra Atta that is quite tasty. Serve with Home made plain Yogurt, Butter or Ghee. You can eat it in Breakfast or lunch. Here is how to make it?

Needed Ingredients:

  1. Half cup grated fresh two Carrots
  2. Half cup of grated Bell pepper
  3. Small Size one finely chopped onion
  4. Some amount of fresh methi washed and chopped

  7. Whole grain flour
  8. Ajwain
  9. Pink salt

  2. Put One bowl of Whole grain flour
  3. Put grated bell pepper
  4. Put grated finely chopped onion

  6. Put Pink salt, ajwain, Jeera powder and haldi powder and Ground flax seeds of 4 spoons
  7. By adding little by little water, Make nice and soft dough
