People have so many excuses to drink tea all the time.
I was one of them until 21 days ago by the time of writing the article(Date: December 18, 2021 Saturday) There was a time around 7 years ago, when I used to drink 5 cups of masala chai each day and then I started to reduce due to it’s side effects, but it took a long time to Quit my Morning tea around 4 years ago.
The good news is that now I’m 100% free from Caffeine and no tea anymore for whole life. I quit my 100% masala chai forever. When it will be one month after quitting my tea, then I will Publish an article on this topic, so waiting to complete one month.

Drinking tea, especially milk based tea is not good for health, this is due to the presence of tannins, which irritates the digestive tissue and leads to bloating, discomfort, stomach ache. The choice of tea varies from person to person
What is Black Tea

Black tea is made from the leaves of a Bush, which called Camellia sinensis. The process called Oxidation that turns the leaves from Green to a dark brownish-black color. Oxidation means the leaves are exposed to moist, oxygen-rich air.
Black tea is a fully oxidized tea. Green tea comes from the same plant, but is not oxidized. Oxidation occurs when the leaves remain exposed to the air for a long time. Enzymes break down the chemicals in the leaves, producing their brown coloring and familiar smell. The method of black tea production makes it different from the other varieties of tea such as green tea and oolong tea.
