Saag can be cooked with the combination of some Leafy vegetables and you can Choose from such as; 1-Spinach(Palak) 2-Sarson Leaves(mustard leaves) 3-Bathu 4-And also Broccoli After trying and enjoying it many times, I found the Easy and quick Recipe to Make Saag that is not only Easy to Make, but also it is so delicious to eat. Even Saag has so many Health Benefits.
How to Make Broccoli Saag?
Ingredients you Need:
- One Broccoli
- Spinach Bunch
- Tomato
- Garlic Whole One
- Ginger Small amount
- Green One Chili
- Salt according to taste
- Coriander Powder Pinch
- Oregano pinch
Instructions to Cook
- Wash Broccoli and Spinach and Chop it
- Grind in Blender-Tomato, Onion, Chili, Garlic & Ginger
- Put your pressure Cooker on Stove at Medium flame and put any Cooking Oil, then put all these Grind Spices and stir for two minutes.
- Now put Salt, Coriander Powder, Oregano Powder according to taste and Stir for one minute.
- Add Spinach and Broccoli, which you chopped after washing it thoroughly
- Add half glass of Water and let it stay on Medium flame for 15-22 minutes then on Simmer stove for 10 minutes
- Open the lid and put some Corn flour and grind it with hand grinder and it should be ready.
How to Make Palak Paneer?
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes
Serves: 5
Ingredients We Need Are:
- 2 bunches of Spinach, cleaned and washed in running water
- 1 inches ginger
- 5-6 garlic pods For Palak Paneer
- 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil(Olive Oil)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 small onion
- 1 medium Tomatoes
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 bunches Spinach, make puree 200 gm Paneer, cut into cubes
- Salt as per taste
Process to Make Palak Paneer
- Roast Jeera and add puree of tomato, onion, ginger, garlic and green Chilly
- Now add Puree made from two spinach bunches and stir
- Add Paneer cut in Cubes
- Stir and cover with lid. Stir after ever two minutes and it will be ready in 10-15 minutes
- Serve hot with Roti, Chapati and Rice.
