Spinach is best Vegetable that we can eat daily. It is loaded with tons of Nutrients in a low-calorie package. Dark leafy greens like spinach are important for skin, hair, and bone health. They also provide protein, iron, vitamins, and minerals.

Broccoli gets its name from the Italian word “broccalo”, which means “cabbage sprout”.

We cam see Spinach Health Benefits,  when we consume it  in our daily diet.

I love Baby Spinach and use it a lot in my daily diet.

I started to drink Spinach Juice in February 17, 2018 in the morning and got so many health benefits from it. So it is long time since I am drinking this Juice daily without skipping a single day, because now I love this juice and will continue drinking it forever. ?

Spinach is a versatile vegetable and can be eaten raw or cooked. It is available fresh, frozen, or canned. But I will recommend to eat it only fresh not canned one.

I also use Broccoli a lot in my daily diet. I make Broccoli Salad with the combination of Cucumber for lunch or dinner.

I also make Saag of Broccoli with the combination of some more Greens; such as Sarson leaves.

Low in calories but packed with nutrients. Spinach is one of the many leafy vegetables becoming more and more prevalent on the salad bar. Its versatility makes it easily adaptable in healthy vegetable drinks and smoothies.

It is loaded with nutrients and antioxidants, and considered to be very healthy.

A lack of iron in the diet can affect how efficiently the body uses energy. Spinach is a great source of iron. Make sure to combine vitamin-C-rich foods such as citrus fruits(Orange) with plant iron; like spinach to improve absorption.

2. Good for Eyes health

Beta-carotene, in cooked spinach, helps boost eye health. It can also prevent vitamin A deficiencies, itching eyes, eye ulcers, and dry eyes. The anti-inflammatory properties of these Greens can also reduce the puffiness or irritation.  Since I’m drinking baby Spinach Juice daily, my Blurred Vision improved and my eyes health is better than before.

Spinach has a very high content of potassium and a low content of sodium. This composition of minerals is very beneficial for high blood pressure patients as potassium lowers and sodium raises the blood pressure.

I have seen Kids love Broccoli, because my own two Sons include myself and my husband, we all love Broccoli in Salad.

Even Kids, who come to my home to eat dinner with their parents(family friends) they also eat Broccoli and ask their parents to give broccoli to their Schools lunch bags.

How to Make Broccoli Spinach Saag?

Saag can be cooked with the combination of some Leafy vegetables and you can Choose from such as; 1-Spinach(Palak) 2-Sarson Leaves(mustard leaves) 3-Bathu 4-And also Broccoli After trying and enjoying it many times, I found the Easy and quick Recipe to Make Saag that is not only Easy to Make, but also it is so delicious to eat. Even Saag has so many Health Benefits.

How to Make Broccoli Saag?

Ingredients you Need:

  1. One Broccoli
  2. Spinach Bunch
  3. Tomato
  4. Garlic Whole One
  5. Ginger Small amount
  6. Green One Chili
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. Coriander Powder Pinch
  9. Oregano pinch

Instructions to Cook

  1. Wash Broccoli and Spinach and Chop it
  2. Grind in Blender-Tomato, Onion, Chili, Garlic & Ginger
  3. Put your pressure Cooker on Stove at Medium flame and put any Cooking Oil, then put all these Grind Spices and stir for two minutes.
  4. Now put Salt, Coriander Powder, Oregano Powder according to taste and Stir for one minute.
  5. Add Spinach and Broccoli, which you chopped after washing it thoroughly
  6. Add half glass of Water and let it stay on Medium flame for 15-22 minutes then on Simmer stove for 10 minutes
  7. Open the lid and put some Corn flour and grind it with hand grinder and it should be ready.

How to Make Palak Paneer?

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time 20 minutes

Serves: 5

Ingredients We Need Are:

  • 2 bunches of Spinach, cleaned and washed in running water
  • 1 inches ginger
  • 5-6 garlic pods For Palak Paneer
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil(Olive Oil)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 medium Tomatoes
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 bunches Spinach, make puree 200 gm Paneer, cut into cubes
  • Salt as per taste

Process to Make Palak Paneer

  • Roast Jeera and add puree of tomato, onion, ginger, garlic and green Chilly
  • Now add Puree made from two spinach bunches and stir
  • Add Paneer cut in Cubes
  • Stir and cover with lid. Stir after ever two minutes and it will be ready in 10-15 minutes
  • Serve hot with Roti, Chapati and Rice.
