I use Methi leaves a lot for Missi Roti dough, Methi Bhurji, Pakoras and to garnish my all dishes.

  • Fenugreek Dough shown in this video is made from Two flours without sieving them. Mixed with leftover soup, fresh fenugreek leaves, very little grated zucchini, pinch oregano leaves, pinch turmeric powder, pinch Carom seeds.
  • On high flame then on medium flame Missi Roti was made with the help of Kitchen cloth.
  • Applied Desi Ghee & served with Plain homemade yogurt, mango pickle and lauki ki sabji.
