Black tea is made from the leaves of a bush called Camellia sinensis. It has caffeine as well as other stimulants and antioxidants. Lots of people in the U.S. drink it either hot or cold. It should always be steeped in hot water before it is cooled.

All we know that there are different varieties of tea available in the market these days and they all come from the same plant,
Camellia Sinensis.
The difference in the different varieties of tea is all in the process, the leaves go through after being plucked. White teas are plucked and dried, Green teas are steamed and then dried, Oolongs are lightly roasted and then dried, Black teas are roasted and then dried, and Pu erh teas are a form of black tea that is fermented.

On December 9, 2017, almost 3 years ago I quit my morning tea forever and instead of it, started to drink Green Juice. I started my Green Juice as a Coriander and after that, I switched it to Baby Spinach Juice.

There are some advantages of black tea over coffee, because it has less caffeine and the way I prepare, there is very less caffeine.

- Pour 1/2 cup in saucepan
- Put saunf, ajwain, choti elaichi and let it boil for sometime
- Now put milk and let it boil. Now in a Cup strain it with the tea strainer and put one tea bag and jaggery powder. Stir and take out the tea bag. Enjoy your tea.
Black Tea Risks
Drinking black tea in moderate amounts is generally safe for most people.
Drinking large amounts of black tea , more than four or five cups a day, may cause health problems. That’s mostly because of caffeine-related side effects.
Side effects of black tea (most often in high amounts) may include:
- People who are sensitive to caffeine, could experience insomnia, anxiety, irritability, or an upset stomach when consuming tea in large quantities. I know with my own experience, when I used to drink 4-5 cups of tea in the day, I used to feel so hot and my mouth used to be sour
- Black tea contains tannins. One 2017 review found that tannin-rich foods, such as tea, may be a good source of antioxidants, but that they can also reduce the body’s ability to absorb iron, so people with the history of iron deficiency should avoid consuming tea, when they are eating an iron-rich meal.
- Anxiety and difficulty sleeping
- Faster breathing
- Drinking large amounts of tea, cause of Headache
- Increased urination, when I used to drink more tea, I had to get up for urine 2-3 times at night. But now I drink only two cups of tea, I get up only once at night. Means my sleep is better now.
- Irregular heartbeat

There is no doubt that lack tea is a popular drink in the worldwide, and even it has some health benefits. But these benefits are temporary, not permanent. For example, when I drink tea, right away, I started to feel active and my energy increase, but it is temporary.
People who drink a lot of tea, should bear in mind the possible risks, such as the high caffeine of the black tea. So don’t take more than 2 cups a day.
